re: Suggestions for a best time for our kin Christmas party

I know that the holidays can be super fun & super hard to fit everything that we want to in the time that we have. That's why I would like some suggestions of times and dates that will work for you.

Please help. :) Thanks!

When does the winter festival start in the game? It would be nice to do it during that time.

December 17th, Saturday afternoon sometime. My work schedule is pretty busy during the season and staying awake at night after working Friday day is a challenge.:P

I think last year we had the party right after Christmas. Is that easier for scheduling ?

Thanks for the responses. :)

I know what you mean about staying awake after work, Gyl! To have the party on a Sat afternoon might be a great idea & just have a longer time for it; so if someone can come earlier or later, they could still come. Also, we could have more than one. :D It's good to celebrate with friends!

How does the 17th of December sound for the first party and then one on the 7th of Jan right before the fest ends? That should keep the Christmas and new years weekends open for real life and give us all a chance to see what we got from the festival on the 7th. :)

Sounds perfect to me! :)

Is 5 pm getting kinda late for ya, Gyl, or does it sound pretty good? ~ for the Sat 17th party.

There really isn't a weekend in December that works for me. I like the January 7 date for a second party, though.

5 pm eastern? Yes would be 4 pm for me that would be nice. How does that fit other folks for that day? Limm? etc.

That might be kind of early for me, since 5pm est is 2pm pst, we have a craft bazaar at church that day, but I can probably show up for the end of the party.

I was thinking that we could just go on casually for hours. :) That way more folks could be involved.:) I'll go ahead and announce it. :D

...love craft bazaars! Have fun, Lim & hope to see ya after! :D

Be advised: The start of the Yule Festival has just been moved to Monday Dec. 19.

I don't know if you would want to change the party date, but it does change what activities are available.
