Wow! :)
500 TP = housing item that you can use to craft with.
So, I was thinking that it would be cool to get them & put them at the kin hall.... If we can. If that is the case & anyone else would like to join in on the lil venture, I thought we should get on the same page, so to speak.
I'm going to start by getting a .... Oven. It's an outside item... I'll post after I've gotten it & put it down. :D I figured an oven was quite the right beginning as it is in the Shire! :D *I'll update the post as we collect them.
Items our kin hall now has:
Oven
Farmland

Like the new items. This is a good bit closer to the 20% discount of the kin housing vendors (across the bridge in the lil house).
The farmland looks a lil green to me though.... anyone feel like weeding? :P
The oven is by the door of the kin hall top left of pic, just so ya know. :)

I can pick up a workbench, I think. I don't have room at my house for everything (nor do I have the TP) but it would be nice to have a crafting area at the kinhouse.

I'm sure Ollo is loving this! I'm not an avid crafter myself (havn't done much since RoI came out) but I may take advantage of the facilities from time to time.

Hi All,
I had bought the house over the hill, but found that the one just next door to the kin house was available. So last night I abandoned the house on Harrow Road and bought the house just north of the kin house.
I put a Superior Forge and a Superior Study in the yard, and opened permissions to them to the Kin and anyone else. So if you are facing the kin house from the road out in front of it... just go to the house on the right and you'll find my new home.
The Forge is just up the hill a few feed from the house's front yard, in the side yard between the kin house and my house.
The Superior Study is in the front yard of my house.
Given that there are no other exterior decorations, the study is easy to find.
God Bless!

Decorations? Oh, hadn't put much thought to those... if you have any Small Yard decos you'd like to put down, mail them to PhiloPhulax and he'll plant them.
