For values of "ready". No, I highly doubt it.

It's still really, really buggy. HE lore is pretty terrible, too. 

I haven't been on Bullroarer much, so I don't have much info, and the forums are always gonna be fighting over new updates and such. Is it going to be ready by then? I know you've done some testing Raz and maybe some others
